Service was terrible here. Burger was burnt and 11 dollars for a trip to the salad bar is beyond ridiculous. The venue itself was very beautiful and very clean and neat.
Waitress was great! Food was ok but pricey and not as good as years past.
I Never give a bad review but this was truly a bad experience. The waitress was way too chatty. Any interaction with her took 5 times longer than it should have. She also brought the food to the table and said she didn't know where or how to get guacamole for my build your own but she would look. She answered two phone calls again very long winded and came back to the table. We asked again for the guacamole and she said oh yes I'll check. She came back empty handed by then my burger was cold. My burger was also too charred and well done which I told her. She did nothing about it but said the cook was new. Service and food were both terrible. We will not be returning.
I stop here often, I like hotel bars cause I don't have to go anywhere if I get intoxicated, I just get a room. This one is pretty quiet till about 9p and people have had a couple. The food is decent ,the service is good,the people are nice.
Room was very clean and quite pretty. Comfortable beds. Didn't think the food at the hotel restaurant was worth the price.
