It took us over 40 minutes to order our food and drive away with it. We first pulled into the drive through at 411pm, we were greeted and asked to look at the menu and the person would be right back to take our order. After not hearing anything for 5 minutes we said hello twice, backed up and pulled up to the speaker again and were greeted again. We placed our order pulled ahead and waited patiently for the 2 cars in front of us to receive their food and then sat at the window for another few minutes. Finally someone came to confirm our order and take payment at 4:30 pm. We waited until 4:55pm for all of our food and drinks, received an automatic, but insincere apology for the wait. On top of that, of course the food wasn't very warm. This is completely unacceptable and we will never stop at this Arby's again. We thought it would be nice and quick with how small it was, but clearly it wasn't worth the wait.
Arby's in Black River Falls has a crazy setup. Not anything like any other ones I have been in. I don't like it. The one in Tomah is a lot nicer. On the end of the counter where you pick up your food, you could see the food prep area. It was a mess! Ff all over the floor, and talk about slow. They were not very organized, and they were throwing boxes of sandwiches into a pile next to where we pick up our order. I wonder how many got the wrong sandwich.
