They are very helpful when I call on the phone to ask if they have something, they check right away, and when I come into the store off and because of my brain injury I'm just too tired to find it so they will not only describe generally where it is, they'll show me exactly where it is if I ask. :-) and then when I ask questions about the product will patiently wait an answer. And it's close to where I live it's all very much what I need :-)
