Original Post: As a young buyer (23) making my biggest purchase to date, I was shocked how I was treated by the employees of Gross Motors. I began working with Joe who was new to the sales team, so a little uneducated but still very pleasant to work with. I had been searching for this specific car and was excited to finally have found it! Somewhere in between deciding to purchase the car and picking up the car there was confusion on the dealerships end which resulted in the manager, Ryan, getting involved. I was SHOCKED how he treated me as a customer. Disappointingly so, because of his attitude with me over the phone, I opted not to purchase the vehicle solely on how rudely I was treated. Still looking and ready to purchase a vehicle just not thrilled how I was treated by management. Hopefully, this can be addressed.
